ClosetMaid Employment Benefits-2011

ClosetMaid® is proud to offer our employees a complete and flexible benefit package. Our benefit package includes Core Benefits, Optional Benefits and a Retirement Planning Tool.

Core Benefits are available to all full-time active employees. ClosetMaid® pays 100% of these benefits. Core Benefits include: Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Paid time Off, Employee Assistance Program and a 401(k) Match.

Optional Benefits are designed to allow full time active employees to select benefits dependent upon their individual needs. ClosetMaid® shares in the cost of Medical Insurance and Dental Insurance. Other benefits that can be purchased include a Vision Plan, Short Term Disability Buy Up (in states without a State Disability Plan), Flexible Spending Accounts, and a 529 College Fund.

We provide Retirement Planning Tools for every employee! The 401(k) plan includes a Company Match based on a percentage of contribution. The match amount from the Company for 2011 is 65%.
